Reviews and Ratings
The hotel provided a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were a little tired but included many complimentary items such as return airport transfer and laundry, although they could benefit from an update. The service was top-notch, taking great care of all guests, although there was a slight miss as the staff didn't check history before greeting us. The location was organized and neat, with attractive features like a Japanese restaurant in the evening but with higher prices. The dining experience had little choice for health-conscious diners but had a 'wow' effect. Overall, a decent stay with some areas needing improvement.
For a rate of 500 Euros a night, I was expecting more. I had to change rooms three times, starting from a Serai room to a Deluxe room and eventually two 'superior rooms. ' The service at the Japanese restaurant was excessive, constantly trying to push drinks. On the bright side, the hotel boasts top-quality service and various amenities from room service to tours, fulfilling most needs. The location, while pricey for meals, is pristine, but the restaurant food was not up to par. Despite some shortcomings, the hotel delivers a serene and well-kept atmosphere that feels luxurious.
The hotel provides clean and comfortable rooms, with a great location close to the airport. The dining experience offers limited options for gluten-free eaters. The ground staff does a good job keeping the area clean, with birds occasionally seen outside. Overall, a convenient choice for travelers looking for a well-located stay.
